4. AAA and IPv4 mobility

User mobility in a network can be managed by the IPv4 mobility protocol. provided that cell phones are equipped with IPv4 mobility software. As soon as the mobile leaves its parent administration domain, it is a good idea to secure its access to the visited domain using the Diameter protocol.
