6. New technologies impacting the mobile world

It's interesting to consider the future of the smartphone security model, integrating the notions of security policy, secure element and TEE, outlined in the previous pages. A number of emerging technologies are shaking up this model. Some reinforce the idea of remote security on the server side, rather than on the equipment side.
