1. Foundries subject to declaration

There are two types of foundry [M 3 675] : foundries that present inconveniences or hazards are subject to authorization; conversely, others are subject to declaration. .

For foundries subject to declaration, waste management requirements are set out in the standard order of June 30, 1997, repealed on January 1 2016.
