4. Rheological parameters of two-phase materials

Beyond the instantaneous mechanical behavior of a heterogeneous material, the prediction of stress-strain curves under different loading conditions enables the rheological parameters of the mixture to be determined. In this final section, we will examine some characteristic effects of the heterogeneous material constitution on the rheological parameters of an alloy made up of 2 non-linear, temperature-sensitive viscoplastic phases, in the high-strain range typical of hot-forming conditions for metal alloys.
