Ability of the material to resist sudden crack propagation, assessed by a stress intensity factor K _1C .

creep

Characterizes the permanent plastic deformation of a material under the action of long-term stress.

Material unaffected by the vicinity of a magnetic field, with no attraction or repulsion.
