invisibility cloak:

Metamaterial that deflects electromagnetic waves around an object. Its thickness is often greater than the wavelength.

ultra-thin invisibility cloak :

Cape whose thickness is smaller than its wavelength.

induced transparency window :

Transparency window that appears in an absorption window under certain conditions.

frequency or Fano resonance :

A phenomenon that can occur in oscillating devices. This resonance is often observed in plasmonic resonators.

characteristic impedance :

This is the surface impedance of the metasurface.
