4.1 Take all chemical safety regulations into account
You need to comply with a number of different texts: those dealing with the "right to exist" of substances, applicable regardless of use (REACh and CLP), and those granting a "right to use", enabling the product to be made available to a third party for a specific function or use (cosmetics, biocide, food contact...).
