1. Define update criteria and responsibilities

You can define two types of complementary criteria to update your inventory of events and periodicity. These criteria can be different for each data category.

Events modifying inventory entries may be internal or external to the company, for example :

  • New or amended SDSs for raw materials ;

  • regulatory and technology watch news ;

  • changes in the supply chain (supplier, geographical area) ;

  • new or modified activities (products, processes, formulations, etc.) ;

  • modification of purchasing policies ;

  • modification of production flows ;

  • change in sales ;

  • modifying workstations ;
