5.1 Take the time

  • Explain the importance of the data (tonnage, origin, etc. of the substances/mixtures) and the consequences for your business to the various departments you will be contacting (purchasing, sales, etc.).

  • Analyze the case of imported mixtures, so as not to forget the marketing of one or more substances.

  • Develop your exchanges with your non-European suppliers and/or distributors to ensure you are aware of your status (importer or downstream user) and therefore of your obligations.
