2. PDCA applied to chemical risk assessment: how to implement your action plan (step Do)?

Once the action plan has been determined, it's time to move on to the implementation stage. For each pilot, this means managing the action plan to ensure that it is carried out properly, on time and on schedule. The pilot will use the elements derived from the planning to implement his action (deadlines, resources).

Each pilot can involve people from his or her own department, or from other departments, in carrying out the actions. Be careful, however, to limit the number of delegations/sub-delegations, so as not to disempower the pilots.
