5. Search for failure effects
For each failure mode, you need to describe the effects of the failure on the system. The consequences are relative :
stop production of the plea ;
the non-quality of the product manufactured;
the safety of people and property.
The effect of the failure can be, for example, a total breakdown, a part out of tolerance...
