4.1 Build a robust workgroup

The more varied your workgroup is, and the more regularly it includes people working on the process to be tested, the lower the risk of missing out on influential factors!

Keep to levels that will have a real impact, as the two extremes of a parameter (without it being zero) are often appropriate.
