Clearance

Instruction or authorization given by air traffic controllers to aircraft pilots.

Deconfliction

The aim of deconfliction is to ensure adequate separation between aircraft, taking into account their planned trajectories. Algorithms are implemented as early as the strategic phase to identify potential trajectory conflicts, and take corrective measures to avoid them.

Flight level

Altitude is generally expressed in FL (Flight Level). One flight level corresponds to 100 feet or 30.48 meters.

Control

Regulation aims to prevent the excessive concentration of flights in the same area, by imposing delays on certain flights.
