3. Conclusion

After the general introduction [BM 3 000] , this article has recalled the essential notions of flight (regimes, standard atmosphere...), the aerodynamic and thermodynamic formulas used in propulsion, at the preliminary design stage, as well as the different levels of air and combustion modeling.
