4. Embedded applications

This section describes the applications usually found on buildings. Depending on the size of the building, these generic applications or sub-systems of the telecommunication system include a greater or lesser number of user terminals, or even none at all (no combat system on the smallest units, for example).

  • Voice subsystem

    This subsystem takes into account the transmission of voice within the building via :

    • telephony

    • intercom

    • broadcasting orders and alerts (using appropriate frequency combinations),

    • and modulation of radio links.
