Intermediate precision condition

Measurement condition in a set of conditions that include the same measurement procedure, the same location and repeated measurements on the same or similar objects over an extended period of time, but may include other conditions that are varied (VIM, § 2.22).

Repeatability condition

Measurement condition in a set of conditions that include the same measurement procedure, the same operators, the same measurement system, the same operating conditions and the same location, as well as repeated measurements on the same or similar objects over a short period of time (VIM, § 2.20).

Measurement error

Difference between the measured value of a quantity and a reference value (VIM, § 2.16).
