There are various measurement methods, and the choice of method will depend on the nature of the products, the temperature range to be measured and the accuracy required. Only calorimetric methods will be presented here. Non-calorimetric methods have been presented by M. Diot (in the [R 2 970] file of Techniques de l'Ingénieur).
