2. Applications of EPR to the study of polymers

EPR spectrum analysis can be used to assess a number of parameters (figure 3 ).

- ΔH: line width (distance between maximum and minimum of a line in the derivative of the absorption curve) ;

- a: hyperfine constant (distance between two consecutive lines) ;

- h 1 , h 0 , h -1 : line intensity ;

- N: number of lines ;

- L: overall spectrum width.
