8. Balance uncertainty according to DAkkS

DAkkS, the German equivalent of Cofrac, has replaced its guide with that of Euramet [P 1 380] since June 30, 2008. With this guide, Euramet aims to harmonize NAWI calibration within EA. The Euramet guide is not mandatory, but serves to promote the accreditation of calibration laboratories.

Only DAkkS has replaced its standard with the Euramet standard. Euramet's operating procedure is very similar to that of Cofrac.
