4. Applications: the Aquacosy project

4.1 Project owners

Two agricultural engineering students at Toulouse INP-ENSAT (École nationale supérieure agronomique de Toulouse) specializing in "Agro-Ecology, from the production system to the territory", set about creating the Aquacosy project to apply their agronomic skills and their desire to participate in the development of a more sustainable food supply in Occitanie. Aquacosy is a tailor-made project, built on the aspirations and expertise of the two entrepreneurs. The two entrepreneurs trained in aquaponics for 3 years in France, Belgium, Tunisia and Senegal.
