Article 4. – Contractual documents

4.1 Order of priority

In the event of contradiction between the stipulations of the contractual documents, they shall prevail in the following order of priority:

• the deed of commitment (AE) and any financial annexes ;

• the Special Conditions of Contract (CCAP) or any other document replacing it, and any appendices;

• the detailed program or schedule for carrying out the work, drawn up in accordance with the stipulations of article 28.2...
