Smoke extraction systems must be inspected every year as specified in articles GE 6 to GE 8 (sections 3.1 to 3.3 of article [TBA 3 001]). These checks cover :

operation of manual and automatic controls ;
operation of smoke extraction dampers, vents and vents;
closing movable compartmentation elements involved in the smoke extraction function;
comfort ventilation shutdown as described in section
