ERP fire safety – Special provisions - Type P establishments – Dance halls and games rooms

The provisions of this article apply to establishments specially designed for :

• dancing (balls, dances, etc.);

• games (billiards and other electric or electronic games) where the number of spectators is equal to or greater than one of the following figures:

  • 20 people in the basement;

  • 100 people on upper floors and other elevated structures ;

  • 120 people in all.
