The coordinator's involvement does not release the other parties involved in the construction process from their obligations.
The parties involved in the CSPS mission are :
the project owner ;
the main contractor ;
contractors ;
the company's CHSCT ;
the occupational risk prevention specialist ;
the company's safety department ;
self-employed workers.
4.1 Project owner
It's worth pointing out that, by law, the project owner is the sole decision-maker when it comes to selecting contractors, which means he or she must pay particular attention to these operations.
