3. Various roads and networks
The law of December 6, 1976 (law no. 76-110 on the prevention of accidents in the workplace), with the aim of facilitating the installation and completion of the worksite, had introduced the obligation to build the site's roads and miscellaneous networks (VRD) before anything else. The new SPS regulations have taken over this obligation.
For building construction projects costing more than €763,000 excluding land, the project owner is obliged to install the external works before construction begins. He can ask the project manager and the design coordinator to plan these installations so that the external works are completed before the tender documents are submitted, to allow daytime installation of the worksite.
