Bitumen

Hydrocarbon binder used in the manufacture of road products such as bituminous concrete, bitumen gravel, etc.

Cement

Hydraulic binder, finely ground mineral powder which, when mixed with water, produces a paste that sets and hardens.

Lime

White powder obtained by calcining limestone at 900°C in lime kilns.

Fly ash

Powder obtained by dedusting powdery particles from the hearths of thermal power plants or from coal combustion. Fly ash can be silico-aluminous or sulfocalcic in nature.
