INTRODUCTION
Certifications and labels are tools that enable owners, developers and builders of single-family homes to enhance the quality of their constructions or renovations, particularly in terms of environmental and energy efficiency. The requirements of these standards, which must be met to obtain certification or a label, serve as a guideline for professionals wishing to improve their design, management and construction practices. This article presents the various certifications applicable to new builds (Qualibat, Habitat & Environnement, NF Logement, NF Maison Individuelle...) or renovations (Patrimoine Habitat, Patrimoine Copropriété, Maison Rénovée...) of apartment blocks, detached houses and tertiary buildings (NF HQE). It also details energy labels such as Effinergie+, PassivHaus, Minergie and Bepos.
