1. Finishing
In theory, finishing work is everything that comes after the structural work, i.e. everything that does not contribute to the solidity and stability of the structure, but rather completes, equips and fits out the home. Because of the way it is built, finishing work is bound to age more quickly, so it needs to be replaced or renovated, or at least maintained, at regular intervals.
