A concrete facing is a formworked or treated surface intended to be seen after completion of the works, or to be subjected to the aggression of a defined environment. In the vast majority of cases, both aesthetics and durability must be taken into account.

• From an aesthetic point of view, claddings are classified primarily according to their color and texture characteristics, without neglecting their shape.
