7. Optional responsibilities of a Spanc
Non-collective sanitation utilities can take on optional responsibilities, i.e. one or more of the following tasks:
carry out, at the owner's request and expense, the maintenance of installations, as well as the execution and rehabilitation of work;
ensure the treatment of septage from ;
establish technical guidelines for soil surveys or the choice of wastewater treatment system, to enable the installation (or rehabilitation) of a plant.
The implementation of these optional skills is of real interest not only to users, but also to the prevention of health and environmental risks.
