European standards define two main types of exterior closure:

  • home closures ;

  • closures for open bays.

Residential shutters cover all openings in a dwelling, such as :

  • exterior doors ;

  • windows ;

  • shutters ;

  • GARAGE DOORS ;

  • motorizations, if any.

All these closures are defined in numerous European standards.
