1. Physical properties of spinel and garnet ferrites
Ferrites are ferrimagnetic oxides whose major metallic element is iron. The soft ferrites used for their high permeability or low losses have a cubic crystallographic structure. The two main families of soft ferrites are spinels and garnets.
