4. Converter design and implementation
In this section, we'll be analyzing the converter associated with its coupler for an accelerated recharging application at 20 kW output (22 kVA network, see § 1.3). In the light of our previous results, we'll opt for the series-series compensation converter, which could be fed by the rectified three-phase network, and deliver directly to the battery. The power diagram of the DC-DC section is shown in figure

, and the study will focus on sizing the power components (semiconductors and capacitors) and on control.
