The air in "energy warehouses" is often very humid, which can lead to discomfort and the risk of lung disease later on.

Cold walls absorb heat through radiative effects, resulting in a drop in perceived temperature. According to ADEME data, the drop can be as much as 3°C, reducing a temperature from 20°C to 17°C.

The logical reaction of the occupants of such a room would be to raise the temperature, which in turn leads to higher energy consumption.
