2. Receive the draft AP
As indicated above, this project is submitted to the petitioner twice before signature by the Environmental Health Department of the Regional Health Agency (ARS), which is responsible for the CoDERST secretariat:
at least 8 days before the CoDERST meeting, so that its members can give their opinion on the requests;
after passing through CoDERST, where it is given 15 days to request further modifications.
