Classification as a declaration with periodic inspection

The declaration file with periodic inspection is identical to the declaration file.

The operator is responsible for compiling this file before commissioning the plant (see Compiling a declaration file with periodic inspection [FIC 0208] ).

The CERFA n° 15271 02 form is completed by the operator.

Documents must be attached to the form, such as: cadastral site plan within a radius of one hundred meters, updated site plan at a scale of at least 1/200, building permit application.

The form and attachments are submitted online via the teleservice available on the Administration française website.
