Meet the requirements of the declaration and periodic inspection system

In the event of a change of operator, the new operator must declare this new situation to the prefect within one month of taking over the operation. The regulations also lay down obligations relating to the end-of-life of classified facilities subject to declaration, including notification to the prefect of the final shutdown of operations and site restoration.
