The Prefect may ask the operator, after receiving the opinion of the Environmental Installations Inspectorate, to submit :
for ICPEs subject to declaration, a new declaration (article R. 512-54 of the Code de l’environnement );
for ICPEs subject to registration, a new registration application (article R. 512-46-23 of Code de l’environnement );
for ICPEs subject to authorization, a new authorization application (articles R 512-33 of
