Repeal
The nullification of the future effects of a rule.
Legislation, statutory provision
Legislative acts adopted by representatives of the legislative branch (Parliament), which enacts laws, as opposed to the executive branch (ministers, prefects, local officials), which enforces laws and court decisions, and the judicial branch (courts and tribunals), which adjudicates disputes.
Enactment
It is the publication of a law in the Official Gazette that makes the law enforceable against everyone.
Ratification
An act by which the President of the Republic officially confirms what has previously been accepted by the signatory state to the international treaty.
