INTRODUCTION
Declarations are intended for activities that are relatively less polluting or dangerous than those subject to registration or authorization. It involves notifying the prefect of the département of the planned activity, as well as setting out standardized national requirements laid down in ministerial decrees known as "Arrêtés Types".
