8. Conclusion
The fight against flooding has expanded over the last generation, with the creation of numerous structures requiring a great deal of time and effort. The current result is the flooding section of the SCoT. But given the cost of the human, material and financial damage caused by climate change, the consequences of which are increasing every year, after working on the flood problem, we need to work on the drought problem: how can we conserve water from the rainy seasons for the dry seasons? We've got to work fast... A touch of humor: paraphrasing Napoleon III's words on flooding: "Que d'eau, Que d'eau", we can say: "Que de règlements, Que de règlements...".
