The OHSAS 18001 standard

The OHSAS 18001 standard – Occupational health and safety management system, Requirements – published by the British Standards Institute (BSI) in October 1999 and revised in 2007, is a very useful tool for setting up an organization to manage health and safety risks in any type of organization, whatever its size or activity.
