Danger

A source or situation that may cause injury or damage to health, property or the workplace environment, or a combination of these.

Risk assessment

The general process of estimating the extent of risk and deciding on its acceptability.

Hazard identification

The process of recognizing the existence of a hazard and defining its characteristics.

Interested party

A person or group of people with an interest in the operation or success of an organization. These include customers, owners or shareholders or banks, staff, suppliers, neighbors, authorities, etc.
