Accidents only happen to other people - a well-known adage, but one that doesn't always trigger the precautions to be taken, or the action to be taken, due to a lack of prevention. But it is possible to be faced with flooding, in a house, on the road, in a parking lot, or with the announcement of flooding. There are things to do and things not to do.
