Sensory Evaluation of cosmetic products

Generalized procustean analysis

Analysis adapted to the processing of free-choice sensory methods. It compares the proximity-distance structures between products generated by different subjects.

Sensory analysis

All the techniques that use the human sense organs to study and measure the sensory properties of a product.

Instrumental sensory analysis

A method for measuring a physical, chemical or physico-chemical quantity that can be compared with a sensory quantity.
