Designing functional specifications

To construct a functional analysis of the type we have just drawn up, we recommend working in groups of 6 to 8 people, representative of the company's various functions. It is preferable to build the functions from scratch, rather than using the pre-established list (see example) and then checking that there are no omissions from the list. In this way, functions can be formulated in a more personalized way, according to the company's vocabulary and the specific needs of the packaging under development.

Moreover, the fact that these functions were spontaneously mentioned is an indicator of their importance.
