4. Conclusion
We have made a modest attempt to launch a debate on the value of taking FH into account in projects, whether complex or not. We also wanted to bring a different vision of man at work and his contribution.
Greater collaboration is needed between engineers, managers, designers and FH specialists. We can only welcome the growing interest shown by engineering schools in training engineers in ergonomics, group dynamics and understanding human functioning. This collaboration will undoubtedly help decision-makers to put their employees in a position of confidence, based on the premise that they have individual and collective skills and are only too eager to use them.
