User-centered design as a source of innovation and performance

On the basis of the information gathered during the analysis phase, creativity sessions with all or part of the project team can be organized to propose the first possible solutions. "Multiple brains think better than one". But the best results are obtained with multiple brains from different cultures. Including several types of experience and skills enables problems and possible solutions to be analyzed from different points of view. This creates fertile ground for entirely new combinations and ensures considerations for all users.

Drawings, sketches, schematics and basic mock-ups (sometimes called "Quick and Dirty" or "monsters") are produced. At this stage, it's not a question of working on the aesthetics or form of the object...
