4. Mistakes to avoid
Sometimes, project managers expect too much from the facilitation process and are subsequently disappointed with the outcome. It's important to accept that a group will produce in relation to its own situation, and may not always be capable of high output. In this case, it's better to propose several small meetings spaced sufficiently far apart, rather than bringing everything together on the same day.
