Stakeholders and project management

Stakeholders include all members of the project team, as well as all entities involved. They are presented in the project stakeholders (Tool 2 ).

The project team identifies stakeholders, internal and external, positive and negative, to determine the project requirements and expectations of all stakeholders involved.

The project manager must manage the influences of the various stakeholders in relation to the project's requirements, to ensure its success.
